What we need from you
Less than you'd expect, and none of it is paperwork.
Your first conversation is with LUMINA (Client Intelligence), our agentic, conversational intelligence. You can speak or type, in the same conversation. She listens, works out what you're after, then acts on it: she schedules the next step and follows up.
That conversation is your Pre‑Discovery. She'll ask you about five things:
- The outcome, in your own words. Not a feature list.
- Who decides. The person who signs off, or how to reach them.
- Your delivery timeline. The date this needs to be done by.
- Non‑negotiables and special considerations. Regulated data, existing systems, vendors already in place.
- Your availability for a session with our founders, if it looks like a good fit.
What happens next
What LUMINA gathers becomes a written problem statement, in your own words, before anyone meets.
If it's a fit and you want to go ahead, the next step is a Consulting Collective Calibration Session. It's one hour, led by our founders DeHaven Fields and technical co‑founder SAGE, with specialist intelligence brought in as the work requires. It's a working session, not a pitch. Together we test the problem statement, agree on scope and decide whether this is the right fit. You leave with a plan for Sprint Zero, whether or not you continue.
